My name is Hein Berger, I am 14 years old. I have two older brothers, Lucas and Hugo. We live in Aerdenhout, close to the Sea. I love to go to the beach, most of the times with my dog Singa. We called her Singa from "Singapora", the place I was born. It was an amazing experience to live Southeast Asia and maybe that is the reason why I like adventure, exploring new things.

I am starting my third year at the Sancta Maria in Haarlem. I learned about School at Sea from my cousin. I was so excited that I could not stop thinking about this opportunity: sail the Atlantic with a group of other students, learning so much more than only school stuff!
